Life @ GVMFL

Human Resourses, Satish, Head-HR

GVMFL, for me has been more of a family than an organisation. The emphasis laid on treating every indivitual with respect immaterial of the level or grade is something that i really admire about GVMFL. A seed was sown 3 decades back, which was carefully nurtured by the hard work and sacrifice of many individuals. And now it stands tall with wide spread branches, giving shade for more than 1 million poor members and 2900 staff. This extraordinary feat was made possible by the vision and unflinching faith of our CMD. I am proud to say Grama Vidiyal Micro Finance Limited is one of the very few organizations focussing not only on the economic development of its members but also a holistic development for their sustainability and it is my privilege to work for such an esteemed organization.
